Have you ever encountered the situation when the cops dont want to arrest you in certain cars? Like the cars are infected with something and the cops are afraid to approach them. However, as funny as it may be, the problem was a Rockstar bug after a certain patch, due to which some vehicles have an broken arrest, also entire types of transport in the game that are completely broken (for example all bikes have a broken arrest)
This patch PARTIALLY fixes this problem by adding new Entry Anim Variations with a conditional clip with the arrest task and complements the existing ones in vehiclelayouts.
The mod is now compatible with PEV: SALE, check the Compatibility Files folder. Compatibility with other mods is planned for future versions.
INSTALLATION
Drop the common and dlc_patch folders into mods/update/update.rpf.
COMPATIBILITY FILE INSTALLATION
Drop the vehiclelayouts.meta into mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ai

Very promising. Is it just the one NULL entry that keeps getting replaced in all of these files? What would need to be done to fix this on, say, motorcycles for example?
Im sure RDE will benefit a lot with this fix, maybe they can expand more via compability (if not already in works). Excellent job!
@Hydraxonn Find ENTRY_POINT_ANIM_BIKE_(there should be a bike variation, such as CHOPPER, DIRT and etc.) and replace the NULL lines at FRONT_LEFT with the ones you need.
If you want to fix bike arrest, then assign ENTRY_ANIM_VARIATIONS_STD, but in this case you will see incorrect animation.
@William Halverd Sure, PEV Team is already interested in merging this patch into their mod, maybe RDE and other dispatch mods will want it too.

from what patch was this bug added by R* can you be specific?
@ReNNie no clue. the bug was already in the release pc version (1.0.350.1). its quite possible that this appeared with the pc port of the game, but i cant be sure.
