It just changes the look and model of the police officers, as their other look got boring after a while. They look more military now imo, which fits to Los Santos, a city well known for its daily mass shooting massacres.

Nice, I always hated default V's cop appearance. Perhaps when peds editing becomes available soon, we can import these heads into the cop uniform! :D

@radicalradish , This skin is really good !! One question: Is it possible, or knows someone so out of this skin a "Chicago PD" Skin to conjure up? Can you add to this model also the duty belt too ?

Doesn't work, replaced the files in componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf and the cops still look exactly the same.
