Start OpenIV, put the file head_diff_000_a_bla in this path:
x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one\head_diff_000_a_bla.ytd
The file hand_diff_000_a_uni in this path:
x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one\hand_diff_000_a_uni.ytd
The file uppr_diff_000_a_uni in this path:
x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one\uppr_diff_000_a_uni.ytd
The mod works only without beard or hair. Wear long tops and long pants or the white tanktop that you see on the pictures.
