Go into the prison and become a warden, manage the prison and manage the prisoners and the guards, and keep going searching for suspicious activities around the prison

POLICE RADIO COMMANDS:
Code 4 ( when there is a call playing )
Dispatch Requesting Prisoner Record

When talking to prisoner, remember that when you finish with him, you must dismiss him
So you can talk to anyone else
