NO LONGER USES LUA PLUGIN
Toggle slow motion with a key press ('Y' by default). There might be some visual artifacts if you shoot in first person at a very low time scale.
Goes great with Ragdoll On Demand.

every time i toggle the slow-mo all the peds and cars stop moving
