This program generates autofilled in dlc packs.. so no more setting it UP!
Instructions
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. In Dlc Name Texbox type your desired dlc packs name...
2. Choose dlc pack type Vehicle
3. Click Create Dlc and choose where to save it...
4. Drag and drop generated dlc pack in dlcpacks folder (located here: "Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks")
5. Copy and paste dlclist into your dlclist.xml (located here: "rand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data)
6. For vehicles dlc pack drag and drop tuning files ( .yft ) inside "dlcname"_mods.rpf
- Drag all files ( .yft, .ytd ) inside "vehicles".rpf
7. For vehicle dlc pack!!
8. If you have additional meta files like carcols.meta, etc., add to the dlc archive. In any case, delete the unused code from content.xml in order to avoid game errors.

загляни в файлы, это даст больше информации чем я буду объяснять. Я вообще имел ввиду что б добавлялся в content.xml. Но, в итоге вручную я собираю dlc архив по другому, т.е. вот таким образом:
<Item>dlc_name:/data/handling.meta</Item>
<Item>dlc_name:/data/vehicles.meta</Item>
<Item>dlc_name:/data/carcols.meta</Item>
<Item>dlc_name:/data/carvariations.meta</Item>
<Item>dlc_name:/data/dlctext.meta</Item>
<Item>dlc_name:/%PLATFORM%/vehicles.rpf</Item>
Т.е. все мета файлы в одну папку. Возможно не универсально, но пока не увидел негатива.
Т.е. по сути программа нужна что б собрать dlc архив из имеющихся готовых файлов модели и мета. Те кто пишет сами мета файлы вручную, уж архив соберут без проблем сами)
В общем труд твой полезный, спасибо.
Есть еще проблема - прога работает только с .NET Framework 4.8.1? Под эти требования подходят немногие версии десятки. Только начиная с 20H2.
how do i install the mod?
I used this to install add on els police vehicles and it was working fine. Now AI does not recognize the add on vehicles and will not pull over for them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@absowle I'm still working on an update. because not all required vehicles are added to the list.
ganic carvariations need to be added as well when making new DLC's cause i keep having to add my own custom Carvariations meta. it be nice for a future update this is the best script i ever used to make my own add on packs

This mod is perfect in every way and it’s nice to finally have an Addon creator where the vehicles spawn in traffic properly.
However, on some of my packs, the vehicles go slightly over the 4GB limit, which means that I have to put some of them in a second pack. Unfortunately, the game struggles to spawn these in traffic naturally (only when I spawn one in myself). The game only seems to be able to process one pack. Is there a way to create a dlc2.rpf to get around this problem?

@Double Doppler You know, to write a program to create an addon for weapons or peds, it takes a lot of time to learn how the addon works, if there is no specific information on the Internet on this subject.
Is it possible in next updates to have all vehicle.metas from every dlc including each car?
