In the future can you fix the bug where NPCs duplicate in the game replay?, I make edited videos and this is bothering me

I added the tuning parts,but they don't show up in the addon car
this mod crash my game
next update,have a way to edit vehicles addons,they barely appear in the game,they are rare,it would be nice to be able to mess with the radity of the vehicles,the services ,and emergency ones are not showing up for me
