For people who are having issues with it in SP I have a fix.
In the dlc.rpf for the MLO click edit on content.xml, then you will see some true and false things, set disabled under metadata to true and this should fix it. If it doesnt fix it mess around with someone true and falses in the content.xml

@ReNNie Without the FiveM people won't be able to find my Mod when looking for FiveM Clothes. It doesn't make sense.

@frank wanted Sadly I'm not sure. This is just a prop. Someone would need to create a script which does it.

For people textures issues on the exterior I have a fix that worked for me
delete the SP version and install the FiveM version but convert it to SP using https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/dlc-pack-creator
