Nothing I do allows me to open this archive. 7zip, WinRAR, Zip, etc.
I think I figured it out, I used VanillaWorks and didn't like it, so I used an uninstaller, and i don't think it fully removed it. Once I checked on my backup install with RDE is fixed itself.
I'll remove RDE and see if that fixes it. I just don't think RDE adds ~9 vehicles per category.
@ikt I only have your spawner installed, if that's what you are asking. Other than that, just RDE and LSPDFR, neither which add Cube Vans and DLC vehicles and the like :P And of course, roughly ~8 Add-on cars, no replacements.
I checked the .ini but to no avail.
Is there any way of it only listing my Add-On cars? It's showing a bunch of cars, along with my Addons.

What an excellent idea.
If its even possible, remove the attributes we get from driving and shooting, and limit them on a per level basis (ie - rank 1 makes it impossible to get full driving stat etC) or have our recoil and driving react poorly till we level up. I don't know, maybe incorporate the 'Job' style mods on this site as well. Just ideas.
The installation could be a lot more clear. I did figure it out however.
Oh the readme says they are for a trainer - which i don't use. Disregard my above comment. I was basing my install off the description here.
