RoarDihanGaming Load your graphics settings to make the game run at, or below, 60 FPS. Increasing the anti-aliasing factor is an easy way to reduce the frame rate.

@Nomansman I had this prob last year. You'll see my fix several comments above: 'These s_f_y_stripper_01 files also need to go in Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mppatchesng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mppatches.rpf\ which wasn't mentioned in the instructions.' Hope that helps.
