Could you please help me create a working add-on ped from my 3D model?

I have a GLB file containing a 3D model of a person, and I would like to have it converted into a fully functional GTA 5 add-on ped.

The model should be completely adapted for GTA 5, including all necessary adjustments to the mesh, rigging, skeleton, textures, and materials. The goal is to create a finished add-on ped that can be installed and used in the game.

The character should be made compatible with the GTA 5 ped system, including the correct bone structure, weight painting, animations, and all required files for proper integration. If necessary, the proportions and geometry should be adjusted so that the ped works correctly in-game without any issues.

The final result should be a fully functional GTA 5 add-on ped that can be directly installed and used in GTA 5.
