It's one thing to make a gameconfig that supports Liberty City, but quite another to have it as prerequisite. The Liberty City project has been officially canceled and removed at the request of Rockstar Games.

@Organ Seller NVE is a major game overhaul. You cannot blame this mod for not working with it. Besides, we certainly do not allow half-a-star rating for 'not working.' If it really wasn't working, we'd know about it.

5mods had received a cease-and-desist order from Porsche, barring the name 'Porsche' on any of our mods. Hence the title change.

Handing out a half-a-star rating because of an issue clearly on your end, is not allowed. If there were a real issue with the mod, we would have noticed it.
