Stupid question but does this only affect your character or all NPC's? For example if you shoot someone in the hand 4 or 5 times they die.. which I think is stupid.

Would there ever be a possibility of real force feedback in the steering wheel like simulation games? I have no idea how mods work so thought it was worth a try to ask.
In first person view on foot I cannot move the camera at all and it shakes crazy. In the car it works pretty good but needs accuracy improvements. Looking good so far.

This mod disables another slow motion mod i think there is a conflict.

@MAFINS the HR mod applies to all vehicles in the game. Sometimes police flip their car when chasing you, etc.
