Try running the mod alone, and disable temporarily all the other script mods. If it doesn't work report back, thanks.

If crashes appen when it's raining, disable the umbrella option.

An hotfix will be coming soon, sorry for the bugs in the new release, there was already a lot to test. I also need to fix some issues with the umbrella options for peds.

Look at DisableDeadPedsJumpOutOfVehicle, DeadlyNPCsHeadshots in the INI. This mod does not cause the peds to always ragdoll though.

Yes, you don't make any sounds, but I don't know if other peds register the change in height (for e.g. a ped could still see you when you are hiding behind a small wall because the game thinks you are standing). I would need to test that. But has far has the option itself, I believe it is one of the smoothest implementations.
