@rockykrish Man, you have to change the vehicles.meta (grand theft auto v/mods/update/uptade.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5) with the one provide in the zip, but if you don't want to change it, you can extract the archive from there, open with notepad, search (Ctrl+F) for the vehicle that you changed, in my case "mule" and search for flags and put "FLAG_HAS_LIVERY" in the end of it, and you will be able to change it in the game.

Everything is great about this model except the polygons. Because the car is so common in Singplayer it crashes the game.
