@Chipsc Honestly, dude, 99% of all currently released cars are for ELS. If you want non ELS cars, search on here and LCPDFR. There are a lot of them. Are they newer like the ELS models? No, but they are still good cars. You're not really going to find many, if at all, emergency vehicles released with non ELS.

@heuuu nah, i hear a double horn. When i press the horn's key, I first hear the police horn then a second later the vanilla dilettante horn starts.

Hmm that's odd, you should reinstall the mod. If that not work try not to install the vehicle.meta .but do that later after Some test @slashblaster

@heuuu just to be more precise, i installed it on a brand new slot (police3b) so i assume that there is a file that disable the regular horn, which one ? (not vehicles.meta/carvariation/carcols)
I noticed too that the radio is still working, it's related to the audionamehash. if i put police instead dilettante, the radio is disabled.

This model is great and refreshing to see, I'm loving the variety that we're finally starting to see in vehicle models! My critique of this model, and the reason I will let only the AI drive, and not myself, is the lack of antenna, or other important pieces of equipment; That, and the slight discolouration of the blue flash, in that the border is slightly red. Overall, a fantastic crack at a lovely model, good work!

Put all of the car files (police3.yft, police3.ytd, police3_hi.yft)in:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\x64\vehicles
*No such path exists in the game.* Tell from here the exact location where to put the files, and correct the README file in the upload.

@PouchPotato Back then when it was released it did exists in the game. Rockstar could have been deleting those files.

@heuuu Thanks man, threw the files into patchday18's car folder and the model works. What is the exact reason of that radio endlessly playing music and you can't turn it off with this car model, can you tell us? This is one of the weirdest bugs I have ever seen in GTA 5 :D

@PouchPotato I still don't know it is somewhere hidded in the codes but I don't know where.

@PouchPotato I had a simular problem with another ELS car. Did you ever figure out the cause of this bug?

Is this vehicle going to remain Non-ELS? It's a really nice fusion and I can't seem to find any Non-ELS versions of it.

Can't wait to get into a police chase with a car that can't do 30mph
