You can shoot with chernobog while driving and shoot with apc like rhino tank with this mod.
This mod requires gta 5 latest patch 1.0.1290, openiv, scripthookv and any trainer (menyoo).
How to install the chernobog mod
Open OPENIV and go to,
Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpchristmas2017\dlc.rpf\common\data.
Right click "handling.meta" and replace with this mod in edit mode.
How to install the apc mod
Open OPENIV and go to,
Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpgunrunning\dlc.rpf\common\data.
Right click "handling.meta" and replace with this mod in edit mode.
To spawn chernobog, apc and all new vehicles, install a trainer like menyoo and spawn them.
If the game got crashed or any other error, replace originals file from backup folder.

YES I HAVE THE mpchristmas2017 FOLDER & THE LATEST UPDATE. I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT DOES'NT WORK. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE ANY SOLUTION, I WOULD BE GRATEFUL

Sir i already installed all mod requirements with 1.42v of Gta v and i can't aim with this chernobog even if i pressed H Button So how can i fix this ?

how do shoot while driving the chernobog, i can only drive and shhot driving the apc not the chernobog but i can shoot if i stop and park it ??

Still holds up today, I highly regard this mod and recommend it due to it allowing you to use the APC much like in TBOGT without anyone else.
