I've been keeping this mod to myself for a few months now, but I decided now was a good time to release it to the public.
I could be alone here, but anyone else wished that Katka's XM4 on the Steam Workshop was in the game? Just a solid M16A2 Carbine/XM4, not a CAR-15 or M16A2... But both. Well, I did some peeking around myself and realized; Isn't the Blood Diamond just an M16A2 Carbine spray painted? So I downloaded the Blood Diamond CAR-15 (XM4/A2 Carbine) and looked at it's texture files. As it turns out, it's just the M16A2's textures and the CAR-15's textures slapped together! So I downloaded Equinox's M16A2 & Equinox's CAR-15 as well, and merged some textures along with my Gulf Rifle and got what I've always wanted.
I've made it available in 2 variants:
- My "Lore-Friendly" variant which is the Blood Diamond, but black and with the Gulf Rifle's receiver.
- And the "Real Life" variant, which doesn't have any Vom Feuer markings and is just the base model.
Features:
- Replaces the Carbine Rifle
- High Resolution Textures (Mid-high end PC recommended)
- Lore friendly optional "Vom Feuer" markings
Bugs:
- There might still be some markings on the gun that are not lore-friendly but if there are I doubt they are easy to notice so you should be alright.

Installation:
- Download Equinox407's CAR-15 "Blood Diamond": https://www.gta5-mods.com/weapons/rs2v-ins2-blood-diamond-car-15
- Put all files into your patchday8ng file in mods/update/update.rpf/dlc_patch/patchday8ng
Alternatively, put it in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday8ng if you don't have patchday8 in update.rpf
- Install these textures.
- Add textures to patchday8ng. (same folder you put the models)
