Hello, this is my first Airship Aircraft Carrier! I created with Map Editor.
Requirements:

Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145
Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2013: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
ScriptHookVDotNet: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/scripthookv-net
NativeUI: http://gtaforums.com/topic/809284-net-nativeui/
Map Editor: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
Just install Map Editor, NativeUI...and press F7 to open Map Editor, Go to Load, go to XML and type "Airship Aircraft Carrier" and after that look in the center of the city or just look in city and there is the carrier!
How to Install:
Put Airship Aircraft Carrier.xml in GTA V main folder. That's it!
The path is: Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\.
