@PwnageSoldier Thank you very much:-) That was actually my main goal, to build it without peds, but some furnitures brings peds automatic in, like the sofa upstairs... this is my first build so I'm not quite familier with which furnituers bring peds yet but maybe someday soon i will have a look at it:-)... sorry for my bad english

@clausbh Your English is fine. I understand the peds on the couches and I really don't think they can unload... idk. Anyways I forgot your rating! Also, my English is bad because this iPad keyboard sucks :c

@clauscbh I've heard that attaching a small invisible object to a chair will stop peds from spawning in it.

Hello great work! I'm a bit new to modding homes and such so i had a question, is there anyway for the front gate to open? because when i pull up to the gate it won't open. besides the its such a great place!
