1) - Open the file with 7zip, Winrar or any other program that allows you to unzip
these types of files.
2) - Put "patoche_paleto_airport_sp" folder into 'mods/update/x64/dlcpacks' director.
3) - add dlcpacks:/patoche_archihome_sp/ in the dlclist.xml located at 'mods/update.rpf/common/data'.
4) - Start your Singleplayer party and let's go

Mapping [FIVEM]:
step 1 : Copy/Past the folder " patoche_paleto_airport " on your resource folder .
step 2 : Open your server.cfg and Start/Encure patoche_paleto_airport .

This mod is great and I love everything about it! Just wondering if you had thought about putting the hangers on one side and having one runway- the runway is a bit cramped for dc-4 etc

Edit: Before moderators remove my rating due to "spam", allow me to iterate that this does not work even with a clean mods folder
@admiraladmirable How were you able to get this to work? Mind dropping me a PM?
I was able to fix it. The way that the files were structured were a complete and utter mess. I highly suggest downloading this template ( https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/fivem-port-template ) and reading this guide ( https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/32346/porting-fivem-mods-to-sp ) for anyone else wanting to fix and properly install this mod.
My rating has been updated to reflect this. I wish it would work out of the box.
Edit: I wont distribute the fixed version as I did not ask nor receive permission from the mod creator to do so, and as a result, I will keep my fixed version private. Please follow the above guides if you intend to fix it for yourself. Cheers
