Replaces the American tornado siren from Tornado Script mod with the Danish "Varslingssirene" siren. And an optional S!RENEN phone warning sound.
!! SIREN ONLY PLAYS IF THE TORNADO SPAWNS DURING A THUNDERSTORM !!
