*DISCLAIMER: I AM NOT KNOCKING THIS MOD!* Will somebody just make their own loading screens already? I'm dying to see that, maybe use paper cam to make screenshots taken with the video editor look like cartoons or draw them yourself, just PLEASE! I need to see fan-made loading screens (props for using online characters!)
I don't understand why it doesn't work for me... everytime I try to put new loading screens it fails and nothing changes... any idea?

2 -) The"update/update.rpf/x64/data/CD image/scaleform_platform_pc.the RPF" go to address. 3-)Open the Edit mode.
4-)Press the plus key in the program, and then select all of the files in mode and hit OK.
can you make like cyberpunk city pictures? or teach me how to make my own loading screens?
