DESCRIPTION
It's a rather simple mod, patrolling cops now use tasers and batons instead of pistols and shotguns. Armed officers (swat) are deployed at three stars.
Ideal for UK style modded game. Officers spawned by LSPDFR will not be affected by this mod.
You should be able to achieve this in LSPDFR with the mod "custom backup". It requires some time and common sense tho.
INSTALLATION
Use openiv.
put the loadouts.meta file to:
gtav/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ai
Dispatch.meta goes to:
gtav/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
UPDATES
1.0 Initial release
1.1 Readme actually has something in it now.
1.2 NOOSE will now respond at three stars, right when you kill a cop.

@ScottehBoyy As far as I know, there's one tasers only and one batons only mod. Mine has tasers and batons.
Inb4 it takes twelve cops to take down an unarmed drunken hobo.

hmm i used to use the only tasers mod but cant seem to get this one to work now trying to figure out why :/ ..
@ianw240 Just make sure you had the edit mode on and replaced files in correct folders.
@zmu920 figured it out think it was cosi had beter chases and arrest warrent on any way to make it compatible really like that mod :/ ... also think would be better if they just have tasers at one star but battons as well at 2 if u hit them or whatever have had a play around with the loadouts and cant figure it out lol is awesome mod anyway but just prefer them actually arresting you instead of battering to death lol british police are hard to get right in game though i know that lol be god to have them arrest u unarmed unless u resist arrest or fightback then the bats and tazers come out :P.
@ianw240 It could be done so that that pistols are replaced with tasers and at two stars batons instead of shotguns, but personally I feel it's better to have it more 50-50. I do, however, believe that at one stars the taser officers can actually arrest you. Haven't tested it but seems logical. Also, not to sound rude, but you should probably focus on your english a bit harder.
@zmu920 yeah that's what i am saying i can't figure out how to do it every time i change the loadouts it doesn't seem to change and lol my english is fine think i missed an o out on good but that was just accidental :P anyway i will manage thanks anyway.
Is there any way to make them use pistols/shotguns at three stars? Does that have to do with the loadouts.meta? I feel like this mod is important, and it HAS been done before, but without this mod, the game is way too unrealistic.
@YouOnMyBlockNow Sorry for the late reply. From the loadouts.meta you could change the COP_SHOTGUN (or something like that) to have a shotgun so at three stars half of the cops would be armed. However, If you use the dispatch meta provided in the download, armed officers will be sent at three stars along with regular unarmed ones.
@zmu920 Not sure about scripting in general, would like to learn, I'll look into it and let you know how it goes.
@YouOnMyBlockNow I wouldn't call this sripting really, it's much easier. Once you get the logic of things you'll master this kind of modding pretty easily.
I just don't know how to change it in the loadouts.meta file. I'm not sure the codes to input and what will work. I have loadouts.meta loaded in Notepad, but I don't see any patterns from the .meta file that will allow me to change weapons for police! So how would I change their loadout from nightsticks/batons and tasers to shotguns, rifles, and pistols at three stars?
