After seeing ENT in serious need of an update (and with the other ENT members not having the time anymore to update ENT) I've taken on the role of keeping ENT as up to date as I can.
I've been releasing updates on GTAForums for a while now, but due to multiple requests - I'm going to put the changes here as well as in the ENT thread on GTAForums
This is built on Enhanced Native Trainer update 28 (so your previous database file and config will work with this).
Notable features include:
- Skin customiser
- Vehicle customiser
- Weapon customiser
- Organised & extra vehicles
- Organised & extra teleport locations
- Ability to save vehicles & skins
- Many additional general options
- Saves/restores settings across multiple uses
- Controller support
For installation details and keys/controls, and what's new in each release, please read the document in the ZIP.
This will tell you, for example, that by default, game controls are disabled whilst in the menu, but that you can turn this off in Miscellaneous > Trainer Options. See, useful.
You can redefine the keys using the supplied XML, which should be placed in the game directory.
Known Issues:
- Reshade 1.1 will crash your game if you run ENT alongside it. I'm told Redux works fine however. It's way above my head, so not something I can fix.
- When loading ENT, unplug any controller and let your game load before plugging it back in. Not doing this will result in your game crashing during loading, or an infinite loading screen!
I've included the original thread as I (and others) still use it to test builds and give feedback on them.
If any of the other ENT team members want me to rename my updated fork of ENT (to prevent issues with the names and anything I may add which they may not want in ENT), please PM me and I'll change it.

• Added missing vehicle previews.

• Added some online NPCs to use as a skin or to spawn as bodyguards and peds.
Known Bugs:-
• Some of the weapon tints (namely MK1 tints) use the incorrect name in ENT. This is a side effect of using the in-game names.
• Track wheels appear to duplicate their entries. There should be 30 rims, not 220.

For some reason when I apply payer data I just ragdoll out and cannot heal, move, etc. If I respawn with auto-apply I'll be ragdolled forever

Is there any way to disable the automatic teleporting to the player when bodyguards get far away from you? really annoying when they teleport to you and they won't shoot anymore and just go for cover when a fight happens.

If you look at ENT's log - does it mention anything about failing to find the despawn global?

Not that I know if. That's a R* design quirk.

Alex is working on a few fixes at the moment. I've been just too busy to look at ENT recently.

There's only 2 as we use R*'s implementation (zoomed in or small).

So I looked into this and it _only_ affects the new vehicles. I suspect they're missing a model but are complete enough ENT picked them up as valid vehicles even though they're half complete which is why the game crashes
The last update felt a bit rushed and this looks to be the case.

ENT already supports the new version. The vehicle despawn global auto-applies and ENT automatically finds new vehicles etc.
Only bug is R* left some placeholder vehicles in the last rushed update which causes the game to crash if you try and spawn them (which I'm getting ENT to remove for the time being until R* fixes it).

What you're wanting to see is the "Despawn global: " line as they tells you ENT has found the global and prevented the cars from despawning. It sounds like you've got a mod either doing the same or has reset the global making the vehicles disappear again.

Open all interiors
Open all online interiors
Siren screen settings
No boudarys
Heap limit adjuster
Weapon limit adjuster
And all my ADD ON cars, I downloaded before the R* update and it worked fine. Last week I downloaded an ADD on, Replace Car and ELS AND LSPDFR and it workes fine. Just these MP cars despawn. I think it's because of your not yet updated ENT or the newest Script Hook V Version is the Problem.
Let me ask you a question Just by trying to adjust the play mode settings in the menu of enhanced native trainer and adjusting something to make the script hook v orror and then delete the game files and delete the files that are stuck in the folder. and then re-install everything and it still shows orror, is there any way to fix it?
Question has anyone tried to run this successfully on the steam deck? I made sure to put the files in the correct path, but when I press F4 which I reconfigured that action button to L4 on the steam deck it seems to want to load for a millisecond but does not pop up. If anyone is running into this issue please let us know.

I know the Scripthook and ENT uses a handful of WinAPIs which Proton may not be too happy with. Similar with the proxy injectors (dinput8.dll) as I've had mixed experiences trying to inject DLLs/ASIs into processes which are running in a WINE wrapper. Most of the time WINE isn't happy with it trying to load custom DLLs so fails.

Not sure what you mean? If you set something in ENT and it's causing the game/scripthook to crash you can either delete ENT's DB (type: %appdata%\Enhanced Native Trainer into an explorer window and rename ENT.db) or use DBBrowser to open the DB and set the setting to 0).

ENT automatically finds the global and sets it so it isn't that. Given it found it in your log - it would have set it to prevent the vehicles from disappearing. There's definitely something else on your end causing that. I'd suggest stripping back all the mods and running _just_ ENT and seeing if it happens again. If it doesn't - add in your mods 1 by 1 until it breaks.
