If you where using any previous versions please delete the "FuelScriptV.lua" from the "scripts\addins\" folder. It's incompatible and might cause conflicts.

Customization:

Known Issues:
Consumption speed is fps dependent, so if your game runs at 60fps it consumes fuel at normal speed, if you have more fps it will consume faster, that's why you can edit the included ini file to adjust the CONSUMPTION MULTIPLIER and set it to lower values.
I'm working on an update to address this issue.

- Fuel bar above the minimap (position can be customized)
- Engine stops if you run out of fuel
- Working interior fuel gauge
- Damaging the car's petrol tank affects consumption
- Blips with petrol stations on map
- To refill the gas tank stop the car near a petrol station and sound the horn
- You can also refill your car using the jerry can (hold displayed button near vehicle left side)
- Animations while refilling with the jerry can
- Adjustable consumption speed
- Car fuel is stored for the last 32 vehicles
- When you run low on gas the fuel bar turns red
- Controller support

I really like this, apart from when the car has ran out of fuel: it gave you the damaged engine where it'll randomly brakes and has smokes coming from the exhaust... This defeats the purpose of having jerry cans as a backup in my opinion. Other than that amazing mod! I set mine to 0,0001
goos woul like to see new gas gauge visual instead of a orange bar for the next update. Also allow gas price changes and maybe warning noise for your car half a tank and close to E(empty).
There are some minor issues which can be fixed
My cara now drags as if tires are blown....version 0.8 was soooo

changing fuel consumption does nothing for me!
i have a problem where it says that i don't have any money to refuel my car when I'm in lspdfr but in story mode i can refill perfectly fine. i added money through trainer but still it says that i don't have money i even killed NPC's to get money from them but still it says i don't have any money to refill. Is there anything i can do ?

Doesn't seem to work with LSPDFR just like the one from Enhanced Native Trainer.. also in this one when the vehicle is almost empty the sputtering causes it to back up uncontrollably away from the gas station had to get rid of the mod don't reccommend. I guess I am gonna have to make do without a good fuel script.
It's not working for me. Followed everything.
when you switch peds and try to refill at a gas station it says you have 0 money so you have to refill manually with the gas tank thingy, please fix (great mod btw :D)

works awesome! i set the consumption to 0.25 instead of 1.0 and i like it a lot better for the faster and more realistic for the cars im driving

is it possible to toggle the price of gas so its usable with LSPDFR?
Since the character doesn't make money when using the plugin(LSPDFR) the ability to use the Gas Stations is gone. Being able to toggle the price of gas from $0-$X would be great.
-Jerry Cans are the only source for fuel when using LSPDFR, only work around I found is to have "Infinite Ammo" turned on so I never run out of Jerry Cans when played with LSPDFR-
