Pull Me Over is a continuation of sorbas's famous Pull Me Over mod, with permission.

Patrolling cop cars will attempt to pull you over to give a ticket if they see you doing the following:
You may be ticketed for multiple violations. No wanted level gained unless you don't comply with cops or go extremely fast (configurable in INI). What happens after you get wanted is not subject to this script.
Getting pulled over driving a stolen vehicle will result in the police arresting you on the spot.
Now includes Cops on Patrol, a custom popcycle.dat and popgroups.ymt to spawn police cars and police peds into the world. Carefully balanced based on population, crime, and area. Sheriff patrol outside Los Santos, areas with gangs have less police and little to no foot patrols. Only a few spots in all of map don't spawn any police.
Settings
-ENABLED = Is script enabled
-KEY = Key to HOLD DOWN to disable/enable script. Shift + Key to check your record and Ctrl + Key to open HUD settings.
-RANGE = How far cops can see in meters. Some violations such as using a mobile phone have a fixed range.
-CAN BE REPORTED = Cops on foot can report violations to any available cop car nearby.
-MAX = Number of violations which will result to license suspension
-MINUTES = Minutes after which any charge will clear. Real world minutes
-POLICE CAR BLIPS = Show police car blips on radar
-ALLOW CHANGING PURSUING COP CAR = If the pursuing cop car gets left too far behind, any available cop nearby will continue chasing
-LICENSE SUSPENSION = If you don't want your vehicle to be seized set this to false
-LIGHTS ON WHEN NEAR = Should cop cars put their lights on when they start coming after you or when they get near you.
-UNIT = kmh or mph

- Colliding
- Running a red light
- Doing a wheelie/stoppie

- "PullMeOver.dll", "PullMeOver.pdb", "PullMeOver.ini" go in your GTAV scripts folder. If you don't have one create one.
- "PullMeOver" folder goes in your GTAV scripts folder.
- "Cops on Patrol" requires OpenIV installed, open and install using the "Mods" folder option

0.2.1 released with Cops on Patrol which adds ambient police cars and foot units back into the game!
The speed limit doesn't change when I'm driving through different areas. (Ex. Speed limit doesn't change when I get to the highway)
Everything else seems fine btw

hi, I installed this mod yesterday and when I got 90 mph/145 kph in a 140 kph zone they will not pull me over can you fix this error please or tell me why it's doing that. thank you
Unfortunately this script is quite unstable, lots of "index outside bounds of array" errors. It also causes EnableAllInteriors to throw errors for some reason. Kept throwing errors every few seconds, then when I went to SHVDN console, game crashed
It would be really cool if my car didn't get insta-impounded the moment I step out of it when a pursuing cop is several blocks behind me.
@Daimian is that possible to add more VIOLATIONS to the mod like; ride at night witout light, vading police, etc

where does the cops on patrol oiv download? I think it doesn't work bcs I don't see any patrols

Problem: cops not spawning after entering/exiting stash house, Pull Me Over coupled with Cops Back on the Beat.
Hello there.
May be it is BetterChases? Is there a chance that you are using this mod? I’ve encountered similar bug on earlier builds of my mod pack and it’s stopped since I removed Better Chases ~6 months ago.
When I think about this - Pull Me Over should not be the reason behind that bug because mod only take control over already spawned cops. But BetterChases take control over whole cops spawning system, so it may be the reason. Cops Back on the Beat is basically modified in-game files that adds cops vehicles to in-game spawn pool so, obviously, they can spawn naturally, as any other vehicle in traffic. By that logic, if pedestrians and vehicles are still spawning after entering/exiting stash house - in-game spawn mechanism is working as intended and it SHOULD spawn cops. Seems like something is interfering directly with cops part.
Test it properly. As always, delete all scripts, start game, test problem, close game, add 1 script and start game again to test. And so on.
@mriscan perhaps that could be the issue... but i did something else that completely resolved my issue.... i removed the cops:back on the beat mod and replaced it with Ambient Police Patrol.... now nomatter the situation or anything cops will always spawn... so for anyone experiencing this issue.. i recommend removing back on the beat and installing ambient police patrol mod!

Huh, that’s interesting. I experienced similar problem with World of Variety that has similar functional to CBotB. Will look into it, thank you for the information. Glad that you resolved your issue.
