How it works?

Nice, finally police actually do their jobs scanning license plates for stolen vehicles. Although it would be nice for a configurable cool down timer for how long the stolen tag lasts for on such stolen vehicle.

Anyone knows if this is saved from session to session?

Great, but it would be nice if there was a chance it would or wouldn't be flagged as stolen and if the wanted level wasn't instantaneous.

Add cooldown for the mark Please, or something like when you... I don't know make fake documents/change card or something like that then mark dissapear. Please.

I wish this would give you some sort of indicator or message that it has worked. I've been stealing cars six ways from Sunday and even pulled over by cops (Better Chases+) but they never give a shit.

Very good idea and it COULD be a great mot, BUT : It's not possible to get rid of the stolen mark. It should be possible by changing the licence-plate or repainting the car. Even after a full day in your own garage (and most likely after several days) the car is still marked stolen. So - I am repeating myself - change that and it could be a great mod.

An addition to my comment: It would be nice (and more realistic too) if the stolen mark wouldn't be instantaneous for hot wiring a car oder stealing it without witnessess.Half a minute (at least) between stealing it and the bestowal of the stolen mark would be better.

Well I got my first one with the big old STOLEN on it and police chasing me. I'm not sure what triggers it then as police have stopped me for speeding and not cared about the stolen car, but this one car they wanted me bad. lol

Needs a cooldown. No one wants there car to marked forever. Respraying it should get rid of the mark too.

would I need this If I use Better chases + Pull Me Over?

Great addition to game. it gives money purpose and reason to actually buy cars you like (in imnotmental deluxe dealership for example) so you can drive worry free. Works great with better chases and pull me over. thank you.

I was looking for a way to remove the stolen flag. I came across the mod "License Plate Forger". That mod normally reduces your wanted level when you change your plate, but I modified it so that changing the license plate removes the Stolen flag. It works, sort of. When using Arrest Warrants, a vehicle warrant will still show up after changing plates, but the police will no longer have their recognition levels raised when around the car. I'm also using Pull Me Over, and I've seen the following effects (but need to test more):

1. If the car is stolen, and the player is not wanted, then a minor traffic infraction will cause an arrest because the police will be standing there long enough to recognize the stolen car.

2. If the car has had its plates changed, and the player is wanted, then a minor traffic infraction won't cause an arrest because Pull Me Over, AFAICT, doesn't know about the warrant system.
I'm also using Pull Me Over; AFAICT the warrants aren't "known" to Pull Me Over, so you cannot get pulled over for a minor traffic infraction and then arrested because your plates were pulled.

If I can somehow access the Arrest Warrants info from inside License Plate Forger mod I might be able to make it so that changing the plates removes the vehicle warrant entirely, and if I can modify Pull Me Over I want to add plate checks for traffic infractions.

i have downloaded better chases+ and stolen... somehow i dont see that my cars are being flagged as stolen
