Actually, the above applies to most of the issues I've had since I didn't know exactly how to use both mods. There are many notes on what not to do with this mod and the Second Hand Autos mod on my mod page comment section. Once I figured these two mods out and how they work, I have had zero issues using them. Some of the things I mention may apply to you too and the area you are buying and selling at.

To those having issues like price attribute is incorrect or plate is incorrect. You most likely duplicated the vehicle you were trying to sell or it tried to and added some lines towards the end that don't need to be there. Go into the xml and make sure you don't have lines at the bottom like I circled in green.

@Quakex64 I know absolutely nothing about FiveM. Once I get to a point with this mod to where there is nothing major left to do, then I planned on learning about that since I think I would enjoy it. I don't quite understand what you mean by streaming it as a ymap. You don't stream anything using CodeWalker as far as I know.
As far as just removing entities from the gta world for single player, that's easy to do. I just recently answered someone's question on how to remove the couch from Trevor's trailer. I ended up doing a quick video of that process using CodeWalker and OpenIV. Hopefully this is what you are asking about doing.

Yeah, so don't put the vehicle you want to sell in the back secured parking lot either, way too much hassle trying to keep the gate open, go near the car to do the deal, have the buyer get in the car and leave. Well actually, if you do most of the things I have told yall not to do with these mods or you will have issues, those issues ended up to where I have sold the same Feltzer3 at least four times, I get the money, but the person can't get the vehicle so they just leave. Same with the CarbonRS and the Proto, I have sold both of those twice without them being taken but I get the money.
There's paths and navmesh in the parking lot, but not set up for selling and buying cars. Npc's used to try and park in the lot and still do at times but can't because of the gate. Once in a blue moon someone gets in somehow but then can't get out. Funny shit.
@SkylineGTRFreak Wow! I underestimated the size when I chose to spawn it. Great job on it. Next stop, Mars! Funny how you exit the craft though.
If you use the Second Hand Autos mod with mine, you can set a "SellPoint" right outside the front of the garage if you input this into the SellPoints.xml file of the download. I personally deleted all of the other ones.
** if you do this, make sure that when you are going to meet someone outside of the garage to buy their vehicle, it is REALLY important that you do not use the garage door to go meet with them, don't even go near it if you are already inside when you are going to to meet them outside. !!USE THE FRONT DOOR!! I don't have navmesh set yet or paths, so this causes issues since the npc and whatever the script does to Franklin for the animation while meeting. (which is neat by the way) they don't know what to do and Franklin gets stuck inside and you can't move him.
*** also if you use the sell used autos mod, do not have the cars you want to sell inside the garage, again because of the same reasons above.
** Don't save the vehicle you want to sell with the persistence mod, the Sell Autos mod saves the car, but it will (at least for me so far) disappear from the spot until somebody text you they want it. So don't put another vehicle or trailer in that spot, because the for sale car will spawn on top and that will cause issues.
@bagged Well I went ahead and just added the line to add the trailer I wanted to the vehicle.meta and found out that isn't the only thing I need to do. Is it due to the fact that there isn't a hitch or even an imaginary hitch that game thinks is there? Any way I can set that up in the meta or is that a Zmodeller thing?
@flipzco For what it's worth, and maybe depending on the trainer you are using, it might be named Vapid mudsl. I am using simple trainer by sjaak and the name to select automatically pops up in a submenu of the Vehicle Spawn menu, the submenu is called Added Vehicles Menu, it's towards the bottom. You might need to look in a similar area of the trainer you are using if it isn't the one I mentioned.
