I'm going to withhold rating this mod (which is in alpha as of this writing) until it is more feature-complete. Right now (10.18.2019) we have perfect knowledge of the target, the target has no protection or response to conflict, and the only real variable is the randomized location of the mission objective and the police attention attracted. In the meantime I'll play https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/hitman-mod-updated-reloaded and https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/farnsworth-s-assassinaton-contracts
@YHWHDios there are some very old GTA V mods by HippieCommunist and others which have some of the same themes-- I'm looking forward to checking this one out. Downloading now; an ironic choice of username considering this bug. Whoever this modder may be, he sure doesn't like Raider's stuff. Edgy!

@eshenk what are you using for your scenario YMT? I see https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/codewalker-gtav-interactive-3d-map as a possible tool for this-- are you utilizing this or something different?
A primary change I would like to implement would be to push out the range of the force spawn radius so it's not so obvious (currently peds force spawn in scenario areas close enough to watch them pop into existence, and it breaks immersion). If you can easily do this, I'm happy to see the changes, but I'm also happy to teach myself how to make the changes myself if that is possible.
