First, drag the folder 'hiacesc' to: gta5 / update / x64 / dlcpacks .
Next, add 'dlcpacks:\hiacesc\' into 'dlclist.xml' in: gta5 / update / dlc.rpf / common / data .
Spawn name is 'hiacesc'.
Replace
Drag the files in replace folder and drop into
gta5 / update / x64 / dlcpacks / mplowrider / dlc.rpf / x64 / levels / gta5 / vehicles / lowvehicles.rpf to replace original files.
Spwan name is 'moonbeam'.
Don't forget to make a backup.
Run the game and spawn it, just have fun! ;)

@Scott_Carter amazing mod but I found a bug the front right indicator is missing and the front indicator both don't work otherwise great work
no inner windows and front windshield gets tinted too

@jazim_hammad Which mod did you use? Replace or add-on? I've tested in game again but all indicators worked well and inner windows were there.

When I see this mod I just think of the HiAce in Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune. God I love that game, and it looks so ridiculous seeing this thing hitting over 300 KM/H on the Wangan Expressway.
