No GTA removes as much GTA files as possible. This OIV will go through every x64, every DLCPatch, and every DLCPack and removes all files. This will not remove any vehicle files, only maps and models. Once the OIV is finished, which will take about 15 mins, all the rpf will be defragmented. On vanilla install, my entire GTA game folder is 80 gb removing 30 gbs of GTA files.

I'm using Jupiter Kasparov's on my copy with lots of racing Add-On Maps
which also removes the game scripts, LOD lights etc
@ReNNie ya that was the first mod that comes up for GTA 5 no map, but I didn't like the no oiv, it's only messes with content of only a few patch files, and messes with a core GTA file. Plus I have multiple versions of the same GTA folder so this has saved me over 200 Gb of additional hard drive space.

@InfiniteQuestion "this has saved me over 200 Gb of additional hard drive space". You can share any folders or files with symbolic links. I do this with GTA V and also Stable Diffusion.
@JohnFromGWN Isn't that the same as just renaming your mods folder? Besides the free space is just a bonus, the real point of this mod is to get GTA engine running with as little resources loaded.
@InfiniteQuestion I'll give you an example, I have a separate installation of Sunshine Dream but I link all my DLC and Scripts from the same folders, no duplication, using a simple symbolic link.
@JohnFromGWN You gotta explain that better because it still sounds like just renaming the mods folder. Still requires you to have the full archives somewhere, this just removes all the bloat when you just want to play add ons. Even if you link, there's still GBs of rpfs not being used.

@Double Doppler lol right. Trying to make a low quality location accurate version of the GTA map for blender map making. So far country is done

that's about it, altrough this is welcome in my opinion as it does free up space from R* bloat but tbh no point since if you not gonna play GTA V, you just gonna uninstall it, and most large mods end up taking large GBs anyway and 99% cases you already have a TB SSD or HDD
oh and possible helping our friends russian modders with making GTA VC in GTA V's engine next time lel
@Ilikeeditingpolice01 Just a different way to play with no map. Some use scripts, some remove level data, I prefer just removing the files themselfs. Thanks for the rating.
