Not liking the original textures of this mod, I decided to modify them to make them more to my liking.
I thank the original creator for his work.
List of changes:
- New texture for the court.
- New texture for terraces.
- New texture for parquet.
- New texture for the pool.
- New texture for exterior walls.
- ...
To install, the new textures:
Replace the original mapping files with the files uploaded here.

exactly where do you have to put the files???
Since the creator of this re-texture failed to include it, the following install path is: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/designer_house/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/designer_house.rpf
Just drag and drop the .ytd files. Thats it.
