WHAT THIS MOD DOES
Now every dealer you find will have from 500 to 2500 bucks, like they used to have in San Andreas, so you can go hunting for dealers to earn some fast cash.
EXTRA
The dealer doesn't spawn in general, it has a few scenarios, one of them is shown in the mod's video, however, I included a file that makes him spawn in the hood (davis, strawberry, chamberlain hills) on vespucci beach (the boardwalk) and in la mesa, you're welcome to make compatibility files with wov and any traffic mod you have and send them to me, I'll include them in further downloads.
All installation instructions are in the readme,.

So I claimed Sa style, but forgot to give these fools guns, since they clearly had them in there, dumb me, anyway, They do have guns now.
Also, not all of them have money, so there's some randomness to it, happy dealer hunting.

What do you think about making them more like "rarer event" and adding option/chance if you kill the dealer then car with dealer's friends/gang/partners spawns and drives to see what happened with the dealer and will kill you if they see you there (and make them so they check the spot, not like always-know-your-location so that you still have chance to escape if you're quick/smart enough).
Right now they are almost like free loot with no consequence for killing them.
Some options:
spawnchance=100 << % chance to spawn, 0=disabled
minspawndistance=50 << minimum car spawn distance
maxspawndistance=200 << maximum car spawn distance

@Leand Sorry if I came out harsh, you need to look for them my man, If you ever played San Andreas, they didn't appear only in one specific place, there are 2 however, where that peds always spawns, in front of Michael's garage you can buy, and in the street where Franklin's vinewood race is, there's an alleyway by it that is full of crackheads, in both entrances of those alleyways, there's a dealer, in each, that's the alleyway of the picture and the video where I showcase the mod.

@Starfox1993 The LS Life dealers already drop money, and no, unless the LS Dealers ARE the literal DEALER model in the game, then it doesn't.
