I've DONE IT, >:} Now I can bring The SHINOBI WORLD to Los Santos! I Had to honor the series by making NARUTO Himself the first of this journey, But prepare for MANY MORE.
Installation:(addonpeds method) 1.Install this https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector. 2.Place the "Naruto!" files from the Naruto! to update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf 3.Open AddonPedsEditor.exe and add Naruto! in the list as STREAMED Male ped (check ReadMe for AddonPeds).
